People often ask what I miss the most about living overseas and my first answer is always my mom. (no offense to my wonderful dad, of course) She's always been an inspiration to me and an example of love, patience, and thoughtfulness that I understand and appreciate more with each passing day now that I'm a mother myself. Even across thousands of miles, she's still a huge source of encouragement, advice, and comfort to me all the time, no matter when I call or what I'm interrupting. I love you, Mom!
