We were all winners!
That evening we went to our favorite, little known spot to watch fireworks. Because it's a small hill, we get to see the fireworks for miles around in every direction.

The next morning was Alex's big day! He was up at the crack of dawn to begin his celebration.
This was a Lego Star Wars birthday and he stocked up on all kinds of cool kits.
It's hard to believe our baby is seven!! We love this funny, headstrong, and feisty little guy SO much!
