They shared all the goodies in their bags and Alex was a little unsure about this one!

But he's found a friend for life now that Grandpa has been sharing food with him. Alex wastes no time getting to know anyone with a plate of food.

That afternoon we went to the botanic garden for Matt's company picnic. It was nice to enjoy a pretty (read: hot!) afternoon in the greenery but we made a quick exit after Ben tripped and landed on his nose and lip. He didn't let go of the chicken nugget in his hands so he took the fall right on his face and ended up with a scraped nose and bloody lip. Poor baby!

On the way to lunch Sunday we were waiting at the crosswalk and Ben had to push the walk button.

Then Alex insisted on pushing it as well. He wants to do anything he sees Ben doing!

And I thought this was really sweet...Alex couldn't push hard enough from his angle so he got a little help from big brother.

Ben enjoyed reading a new book with Grandpa.

Yesterday we took the kids to Bottle Tree Park so Ben could catch some fish and he conked out in the car on the way there. I love how his hand was still in his goldfish cup.

Ben woke up and wasted no time getting wet in search of his new pets.

Alex preferred playing with Grandma.

Ben showed off his new friends to me before putting them in his tank. So far most of them have fared well....we'll see if they're all still alive tonight!

The kids ate dinner at home while the adults headed out for some Singapore pepper crab....yum!! Ben found Grandpa's ipod and danced to a little ABBA to make it through dinner.

We're so happy to be spending time with Grandma and Grandpa! Lots more to do this week so check back for more pictures soon.
Yay!! I love how much kids love visitors, of course it has alot to do with the gifts and endless amount of attention!! Looks like you guys had a blast and I can't wait ot read more.
