Ever since we spotted our first blue penguin in New Zealand, penguins have been Alex's top animal. He was beyond excited when I found out there is a restaurant in Jakarta where he could feed the penguins. First public holiday, we went straight to Pingoo so he could meet some adelie penguins.
Jakarta is has little hidden gems like this that are hard to find but worth the drive. It cost US $7 for both kids to go in and feed the penguins!
We ate lunch right next to all the penguins and enjoyed watching them for an hour. This boy was SO happy!
